We respect your goals and recommend the best steps to maximize success in each process. **Job Description** We are seeking a **Processing Agent (customer service\+technical)** to work remotely in the Visa and Education department. A professional who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys handling processes and challenges. **Main Responsibilities:** * Initiate customer service by sending initial guidance required to begin the process and subsequently outlining application steps; * Provide customer support via e\-mail and telephone, clarifying questions based on official information, receiving necessary documents, and following up on deadlines to expedite the process; * Conduct preliminary document review and advise customers on required adjustments; * Update the CRM (HubSpot) and Drive (Central File), managing client folders; * Support managers in defining the optimal application strategy for each client’s case; * Prepare application materials, such as checklists, questionnaires, homework assignments, etc.; * Complete immigration system forms according to the applicable program; * Perform administrative support tasks for the process manager; * Record, control, monitor, and implement corrective and preventive actions related to process/department KPIs; * Participate in company-organized and promoted alignment meetings and training sessions; **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree (Tourism, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields); * Experience in visas and immigration; * Experience in customer relationship management; * Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; * Clear and concise communication skills (verbal and written); * Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); * Experience with CRM systems; * Document analysis experience is a plus; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Personal computer and suitable home office environment; * Availability Monday through Friday (44 hours per week); **Desired Skills:** * Organized and detail-oriented; * Proactive and capable of working independently; * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively in teams; * Self-confidence; * Flexibility to manage and resolve unexpected situations; * Sense of priority, as urgent tasks may arise; * Sales orientation; **More About This Position** Employment Type: CLT Workload: Full-time position, up to 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
