Job Summary: Internship in the Technical Alarm department for scheduling maintenance, completing Service Orders, and communicating with customers and technicians. Key Highlights: 1. Strong communication skills with customers, patience, and organizational ability Main Responsibilities: Internship in the Technical Alarm department, scheduling technical maintenance activities and entering relevant information into Service Orders. Call customers to notify them and inform technicians, coordinating with logistics. Internship allowance: R$ 1200.00 \+ Transportation Voucher Strong communication skills with customers, patience, and organizational ability to accurately complete Service Orders according to customer requests. Proficiency in Excel is a plus. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree program in progress (Administration or related fields) is mandatory; * Organization and good interpersonal skills; * Prior experience is a plus; * Easy access to the northern zone and Porto Alegre.
