If you are advancing in your career and wish to broaden your horizons, join our team! **Key Responsibilities Include:** * **Document Management Support:** Organizing, archiving, and digitizing important documents such as contracts, reports, invoices, and correspondence. * **Telephone and Customer Service:** Answering phone calls, routing calls to appropriate departments, and providing basic information to customers or business partners. * **Calendar Management:** Scheduling meetings, reserving conference rooms, and maintaining up-to-date employee calendars. * **Mail Management:** Receiving, distributing, and sending correspondence, e\-mails, and packages. * **Event Organization:** Assisting in organizing corporate events such as conferences, workshops, and seminars, handling logistics, venue reservations, and preparation of materials. * **Data Research and Analysis:** Collecting relevant data and information to support administrative decision-making. * **Administrative Project Support:** Actively participating in ongoing administrative projects by assisting with assigned tasks. * **Office Software Proficiency:** Mastering office software applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and communication tools (Outlook, Slack). * **Visitor Assistance:** Greeting visitors, customers, and suppliers, directing them to appropriate areas, and ensuring their needs are met. * **Digital Correspondence and File Management:** Organizing and maintaining digital files and document management systems. * **Logistics and Business Travel Support:** Assisting in organizing business travel for employees, including booking flights and hotels, and ensuring all logistical needs are fulfilled. * **Understanding and Adhering to Rules** * Understand Anti-Bribery and Compliance requirements outlined in SGI documents. * Apply these rules in daily work activities. * Act with integrity, ensuring that all actions consistently comply with these guidelines. * **Reporting Suspicious or Irregular Situations** * Always report any suspicion, attempt, or actual occurrence of violations of Compliance and Anti-Bribery policies. * Reporting must occur whenever there is reasonable belief that the information is true, even without absolute certainty. * **Knowing How to Use the Whistleblower Channel** * Be familiar with procedures for submitting notifications through the Whistleblower Channel. * Be aware of your rights, protection against retaliation, and confidentiality when making a report. * Use the channel responsibly, whenever necessary. * **Understanding the Importance of Compliance in Professional Performance** * Recognize that adherence to Compliance practices is also part of individual performance evaluation. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; * Proficiency in Office Suite and G\-Suite. **Additional Job Information:** * On-site work at the beginning of Asa Norte; * Schedule: Monday to Friday (6 hours per day); * Internship stipend commensurate with the position.Administrative Intern **Competencies:** * Problem-solving ability and analytical thinking; * Teamwork capability and clear communication of ideas, * punctuality and eagerness to grow and innovate;
