About the Opportunity Portal Vale Seguros e Consórcios, an insurance brokerage with over 17 years of market experience, seeks an intern to support the commercial sector in insurance sales. The intern will learn about customer service, prospecting, sales routines, and commercial process organization, working alongside the team to develop essential skills for the insurance market. Main Responsibilities * Customer service via phone calls and WhatsApp; * Recording information and interactions in systems; * Assisting with data entry into systems and reports; * Following internal procedures, scripts, and playbooks; * Supporting the commercial sector in sales processes and/or post\-sales operational tasks; * Assisting with active prospecting to expand the customer portfolio; * Supporting administrative routines of the commercial sector; * Assisting with control and organization of administrative documents and spreadsheets; * Performing other daily administrative routines. Requirements * Currently enrolled in high school, technical school, or undergraduate studies during evening hours. * Strong communication skills and ease in interacting with people; * Interest in learning about sales and the insurance market; * Organized, proactive, and results\-oriented. * Residing in São José dos Campos.
