Collaboration in setting up and organizing test environments **About TICLAB:** **TICLAB** is part of Tecnopuc’s innovation ecosystem, serving as a training, experimentation, and project development environment for information and communication technologies (ICT). The lab supports capacity-building initiatives, technological residencies, innovation projects, and proof-of-concept (PoC) demonstrations, connecting students, instructors, and multidisciplinary teams. **Purpose of the Position:** The **Administrative Assistant** will provide administrative, technical\-operational, and organizational support to TICLAB, ensuring optimal functionality of technological environments, continuity of educational and innovation activities, and appropriate use of the lab’s physical and digital resources. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare, configure, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on TICLAB’s equipment, software, and technological environments, ensuring their proper functioning for training, experimentation, and innovation projects; * Provide direct support to instructors, students, and project teams during classes, workshops, learning pathways, and ICT residencies, ensuring correct use of laboratory resources; * Collaborate in setting up and organizing test environments, prototypes, and proofs of concept (PoCs), supporting technology integration, technical data collection, and validation of solutions developed in the lab; * Manage equipment and material inventory control, maintaining updated records and technical documentation; * Ensure orderly use of spaces and compliance with safety, usage, and conservation standards for laboratory environments and resources; * Work collaboratively with internal teams and university support units to enhance operational efficiency, ensure TICLAB’s sustainability, and drive continuous process improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of computing and technological environments (hardware, software, networks, or systems); * Strong organizational skills, information management, and documentation capabilities; * Good communication skills and willingness to serve internal stakeholders (instructors, students, and project teams). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in fields such as Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines; * Prior experience in laboratories, educational, technological, or innovation environments; * Basic knowledge of test environment setup, technical support, or operation of technological equipment. **Expected Behavioral Profile:** * Organization and attention to detail; * Proactivity and execution capability; * Interpersonal relationship skills and collaborative work orientation; * Commitment to institutional norms, processes, and values; * Interest in continuous learning and innovation. **Competencies Aligned with the Role:** * Process organization and operation; * Execution ability and dynamism; * Relationship management with internal partners; * Basic facilities and environment management; * Adherence to university guidelines, policies, and institutional values. **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00 \| 200 hours per month \| 100% on-site **Our Benefits Package:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Daycare reimbursement; * Education assistance covering up to 80% of undergraduate tuition fees and up to 50% of postgraduate, language, and extension course tuition fees; * Free parking; * Complementary private pension plan; * Life insurance; * Year-end recess. *If you believe in meaningful work that creates value and positive impact for society and the university,* ***JOIN PUCRS!*** At PUCRS, we believe every individual can transform the world — and this belief drives us daily to become everything we can be.
