




Perform administrative and operational support for the Building Maintenance area, assisting in the management of schedules, administrative controls, communication with managers, monitoring of maintenance routines, and support for continuous improvement projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and internal policies. **Key Responsibilities** * Use **Office Suite** tools, with emphasis on **Excel** and **Power BI**, for controls, analyses, and presentations; * Receive, process, and respond to **e\-mails**, serving as the administrative interface with the Maintenance Manager; * Identify opportunities for **continuous improvement** in area processes; * Support the creation and monitoring of the **annual pruning schedule and program** across all areas of the Swiss Park neighborhood, ensuring compliance with environmental legislation and resident safety; * Perform **opening of maintenance service requests** and track related requests; * Support procurement processes for materials, parts, and services; * Control and monitor the **preventive and corrective maintenance schedule**; * Develop and schedule **timelines for installing special decorations**, such as Christmas lighting and other temporary structures; * Control the **budget** for supplies, spare parts, and maintenance materials, seeking cost optimization without compromising service quality; * Monitor and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of **implements, machinery, and equipment**, guaranteeing availability and appropriate service life; * Support supervision regarding proper use of **PPEs**, compliance with **Regulatory Standards (NRs)**, **Work Permits (PTs)**, and **Service Orders (OSs)**; * Monitor **team attendance and regularity**, collaborating with HR to ensure discipline, productivity, and adherence to internal policies; * Prepare **periodic reports** on activities, maintenance indicators, and investment needs for presentation to management; * Provide technical support to the Maintenance Manager in developing **continuous improvement, sustainability, and operational efficiency projects**; * Ensure full compliance with safety, organization, and cleanliness standards in work areas; * Carry out **general administrative tasks**, as directed by leadership; * Identify and report **non\-conformities or inconsistencies** in processes. **Mandatory Requirements** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Facilities Management, Maintenance Management, Production Engineering, or related fields. **Desirable Requirements** * Minimum prior experience of **2 years** in this role or in related administrative areas; * Knowledge and experience in **administrative routines**; * Experience in the **building maintenance sector**; * Familiarity with **AutoCAD** or ability to read technical drawings; * Experience with **schedule control, performance indicators, and budgeting**.
