Contract management: Draft and supervise lease agreements, ensuring all documentation complies with regulations. Financial support: Issue payment slips and provide basic collections support when necessary. Document organization: Maintain the agency’s physical and digital filing systems in perfect order and up to date. Conflict mediation: Act as an intermediary in communications between property owners and tenants to resolve everyday issues. Administrative control: Complete and monitor internal control spreadsheets. Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Operations Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Secretary may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
