Main Responsibilities * Perform general administrative support tasks for company departments; * Organize, digitize, and archive physical and digital documents; * Control and enter information into spreadsheets and internal systems; * Support procurement processes; * Answer phone calls, in-person inquiries, and emails; * Support daily operational demands; * Support HR processes; * Issue invoices. Requirements * Completed high school education (college enrollment or graduation preferred); * Prior experience in administrative routines; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Organizational skills, responsibility, and strong communication; * Ability to work effectively in a team.
