




Description: * Experience in generalist HR activities (electronic timekeeping, recruitment and selection, benefits management, internal communication); * Proactivity and ability to handle multiple demands; * Higher education in progress or completed in HR, Administration or related fields is desirable; Generalist role in Administrative and Human Resources activities, such as: Payroll Department: perform personnel administration tasks, including timekeeping control, benefits management, payroll verification, employee offboarding procedures, and providing support on labor-related matters, contributing to a work environment compliant with current legislation. Recruitment and Selection: conduct end-to-end hiring processes, from profile alignment and job posting to resume screening, interviews, ASO scheduling, and supporting documentation/admission procedures. Internal Communication: promote internal marketing initiatives by implementing projects and supporting corporate calendar events, contributing to a positive organizational climate.
