We seek talents who wish to understand and manage corporate processes from start to finish, operating within a modern, consultative accounting environment. ### **Job Responsibilities** * Full management and execution of the accounting process for the client portfolio. * Accounting classification, reconciliation, and journal entries. * Support in preparing financial statements and management reports. * Active use of internal technological tools (SCI System, Slack, AI for technical tasks). * Consultative customer service and direct client support. ### **Ideal Profile and Requirements** * **Education:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in **Accounting Sciences**. * **Professional Registration:** Valid **CRC registration** (student/provisional CRC accepted for entry-level positions). * **Experience:** Prior experience in accounting (commensurate with seniority level). * **Skills:** Proficiency with technological tools, management systems, and online communication. * **Location:** Availability to work in São José dos Campos \- SP (Jardim Esplanada). ### **Job Details** * **Compensation:** R$ 3\.300,00 \- R$ 4\.000,00 (negotiable based on analyst’s seniority level). * **Work Model:** **Hybrid** (after 3 months of onboarding). * **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. * **Location:** São José dos Campos \- SP. ### **What We Offer (Benefits)** * **Meal Voucher:** R$ 31.00 per day. * **Transportation Voucher:** Provided as mobility benefit via **Flash Card**. * **Health Insurance:** 50% covered by the company after 3 months. * **Career Development Plan:** Structured to support your professional growth. * **Referral Program:** Variable compensation for referring new clients. * **Total Pass:** Access to gyms and wellness services. * **Life Insurance and Birthday Day Off.** Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree
