Job Summary: An accounting professional with experience in tax routines and consultative customer service, focused on the analysis and preparation of financial statements. Key Highlights: 1. Consultative customer service and accounting support 2. Balance Sheet, Income Statement (DRE), and trial balance analysis and validation 3. Preparation of mandatory tax filings and tax calculation **Main Responsibilities** * Record and reconcile balance sheet accounts. * Provide consultative customer service, offering accounting support. * Analyze the Balance Sheet, trial balance, and Income Statement (DRE). * Prepare and submit mandatory tax filings, such as **IBGE**, **ECF**, **ECD**, and **DEFIS**. * Support the team in the accounting closing process, when required. * Calculate **IRPJ/CSLL** for companies under the **Real Profit** regime. * Clarify doubts and guide accounting assistants. * Prepare reports for accounting and financial analysis. * Analyze, reconcile, and ensure reliability of accounting balance sheet accounts. * Integrate and present **Dashboards** to customers. * Review and analyze accounting assistants' activities. * Validate the accounting trial balance. **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences with active CRC registration * Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting routines for companies under Simples Nacional, Presumed Profit, and Real Profit regimes * Advanced knowledge of accounting systems (Domínio proficiency is a plus) * Practical knowledge of Tax Reform implementation in daily operations is essential **Behavioral Profile** * Organization, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proactivity * Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team **Benefits (Comprehensive Package + PLR)** * Meal allowance: BRL 31.00/day (Caju Card) * Transportation allowance * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Retention bonus * Intermedica health plan (30% company-subsidized) * Life insurance * TotalPass * Birthday Day Off * Uniodonto dental plan (100% employee-paid) * Discounts and partnerships: pharmacies, courses, SESC, psychological support, and more **Working Hours** * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Compensation: starting from BRL 3\.500,00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote work based in Sorocaba, SP
