Requires responsibility, attention, good posture, and communication Group L, a company specialized in concierge services, security, and professional cleaning, is hiring an Access Controller to work at various posts. We seek responsible, attentive professionals with good posture to ensure secure entry and exit control for residents, visitors, and service providers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Controlling access of people and vehicles; * Registering visitors in the system; * Covering different posts according to the daily schedule defined by supervision; * Monitoring via cameras (CCTV); * Answering intercom calls and supporting residents; * Delivering and recording packages and correspondence; * Filling out incident reports; * Following internal condominium procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Prior experience as an access controller or doorman (preferably in condominiums); * Good communication skills, attention to detail, and professional demeanor; * Basic computer knowledge; * Flexible availability for shift work.
