Job Summary: Grupo L is seeking a responsible and attentive Access Controller to ensure secure entry/exit control, monitoring, and assistance at various posts. Key Highlights: 1. Filling out incident reports and internal procedures Grupo L, a company specializing in concierge services, security, and professional cleaning, is hiring an Access Controller to work at various posts. We seek responsible, attentive professionals with good demeanor to perform secure entry and exit control for residents, visitors, and service providers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control access for people and vehicles; * Register visitors in the system; * Cover different posts according to the daily schedule defined by supervision; * CCTV monitoring; * Intercom assistance and support to residents; * Delivery and registration of packages and correspondence; * Filling out incident reports; * Compliance with condominium internal procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Prior experience as an access controller or doorman (preferably in condominiums); * Good communication skills, attentiveness, and professional demeanor; * Basic computer literacy; * Flexible availability.
