Gaviões 24-Hour Gym is seeking a leader to join its Management Team. This is an opportunity to develop skills and learn in a dynamic and motivating environment. **Work location:** Av. Oliveira Freire, 22 \- Parque Paulistano, São Paulo \- SP, 08080\-570 **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate unit activities, assigning and supervising team tasks in accordance with the operational manual/checklist; * Plan in detail and in advance the actions, resources, methods, and tools required to ensure service delivery efficiency; * Monitor the unit’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate individual and collective performance of each team member (reception, weight training, group fitness, cleaning, and maintenance), providing guidance when necessary; * Prepare and update unit reports and controls, submitting them to the immediate supervisor, including documents related to sales, plan changes, client/visitor movement, and overdue accounts; * Participate in and support internal audits to identify improvement opportunities; * Plan team workload according to the checklist and ensure deadlines are met; * Conduct team meetings for guidance and alignment; * Supervise repair and maintenance work, implementing preventive and corrective actions as needed, and assume responsibility for overall unit maintenance; * Collaborate with the team and management to develop new insights and reports that meet operational needs, create conditions for decision-making, and introduce improvements and innovations across the unit and network; * Train and develop the team by delivering initial and refresher training programs, while also supporting brand enhancement and positioning; * Address conflicts impartially, supervise customer service, and intervene when necessary, complying with timelines stipulated in the process manual; * Implement measures to ensure the safety of employees and customers against accident risks; * Manage supply inventory, verify cash register closing, and report any incidents occurring at the unit to the immediate supervisor; * Maintain unit cleanliness, order, and upkeep; inspect team members regarding proper use of uniforms, equipment, and office and cleaning supplies; * Perform other related duties as required and per instructions from the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree (Physical Education or Business Administration); * Additional certifications in team management or specializations are advantageous; * Experience in team leadership and supervision, gym operations, and customer service; * Basic computer skills (Word, Excel); * Proficiency in negotiation techniques and people management. **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher.
