AI Engineer (Dev Master) About the project SuperApp Redesign project, focused on modernizing Android, iOS, and Java Backend platforms, maintaining current functionalities but reorganizing journeys for the end customer. Your mission Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using Language Models (LLMs). Technical leadership of Android, iOS, and Java Backend developers for feature development. Create technical definitions and develop AI agents used in the development cycle. Your objective is to technically lead a SuperApp redesign team, using agentic development with AI. It is essential to be available to be on-site at the client in SP some days of the week. Requirements and Responsibilities: Agentic development with AI: Essential knowledge in Artificial Intelligence and agent development for process optimization in the development flow; Mastery in Spec\-Driven Development (SDD); Knowledge of Claude Code, Skills, and MCPs; Leadership of multidisciplinary teams; Participation in meetings for solution definitions between the business area and engineering; Monitoring of technical and business metrics and indicators; Management of dependencies, conflicts, and expectations among stakeholders; Ensure the implementation of demands and production rollout within the client's process. Knowledge WCAG 2\.1 AA standards Solid experience with Backend development in Java.
