This professional will collaborate with business teams to enable the use of Claude Cowork and automation tools, ensuring solutions meet organizational needs. Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient backend applications using Python. * Collaborate with business teams to enable the use of Claude Cowork and automation tools, ensuring solutions meet organizational needs. * Integrate Generative AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions to optimize interaction analysis and feedback automation. Requirements and Qualifications: * Experience in developing and optimizing NLP and Generative AI solutions—such as LLMs—for data analysis and automation. * Familiarity with Generative AI frameworks and prompt engineering. * Ability to build autonomous agents and create reusable skills, as well as compose capabilities. * System integration via MCP (Model Context Protocol) or equivalent protocols. * Development and implementation of RESTful APIs and backend services in Python. * Active participation in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to discuss technical solutions and process improvements. * Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure code quality and robustness, plus monitor and optimize application performance. * Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure full application functionality. * Train and guide business teams on the practical use of Claude Cowork tools (hands\-on). * Maintain up-to-date and clear technical documentation to facilitate maintenance and knowledge transfer.
