Artificial Intelligence is our reality. **Important**: If you reside in the Metropolitan Region of Campinas, your physical presence at the city offices is mandatory, per our current attendance policy. **Responsibilities:** \- Provide technical leadership to a multidisciplinary CI&T team and support day\-to\-day problem resolution; * Refine and deliver technical solutions across various scenarios; * Collaborate with the development team to ensure high\-quality delivery for our client; * Solve problems more effectively, with a macro view of the business; * Expand the team’s knowledge through training development. **Requirements for this challenge:** * Solid expertise in Java/Spring and experience developing scalable solutions; * Proficiency in unit and automated testing to ensure application robustness; * Experience with microservice architectures and asynchronous communication (queues and topics); * Hands\-on experience with the Azure platform and CI/CD pipelines; * Proficiency with Git and curiosity to learn new technologies; * Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork ability; * Experience with agile methodologies and adaptability to new scenarios; * Knowledge of Angular and Node.js. **Nice\-to\-have:** * Experience with Kubernetes and containers; * Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence applied to software development.
