Real opportunity for advancement to a managerial position Technical Operations Analyst (Mid-level) Location: Guarujá / Baixada Santista – SP **Employment Type: To be determined (CLT or PJ)** *About the position* Work in a technical environment focused on the nautical market, specializing in mechanical solutions and custom stainless steel fabrication. The professional will directly handle operational organization and technical support, acting as the liaison among production, procurement, technical requirements, and daily administrative operations. This position involves direct interaction with the partner\-director and shop floor personnel, offering a real opportunity for advancement to a managerial role. *Key Responsibilities* · Technical site visits for service evaluation · Support in preparing technical quotations · Mapping and continuous improvement of operational processes · Monitoring and organizing production orders · Direct interface with the factory (welding, polishing, assembly, and installation) · Reading and interpreting drawings, measurements, and mechanical solutions · Use of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or SketchUp to support operations · Material assessment and support for procurement processes · Requesting and monitoring supplier quotations · Basic inventory and supplies control · Support for daily administrative operational tasks *Desired Profile* · Technical or undergraduate degree in Mechanical or Naval Engineering · Mechanical or Naval Engineering degree preferred · Experience in technical\-operational environments (workshops, shipyards, or metalworking facilities) · Knowledge of stainless steel and custom solutions · Practical experience with at least one technical drawing software · Organized, responsible, and execution-oriented profile *Career Progression* Opportunity to advance into a role as the partner\-director’s right-hand person, assuming operational coordination and managerial responsibilities.
