Only education transforms! **As a Senior Controller Analyst, your challenges will include:** Acting as a strategic partner to business areas, ensuring result integrity and transforming financial data into actionable recommendations—by leading root cause identification of variances, optimizing data flows, and strengthening the institution’s financial governance. * Acting as a financial consultant for managers of client areas, translating complex numbers into strategic narratives; * Conducting feasibility analysis for new projects (Capex/Opex), ensuring economic assumptions align with organizational strategy; * Developing high-complexity ad-hoc analyses to directly support the Controller Manager; * Collaborating and influencing the budgeting and forecasting cycle, ensuring area engagement and accuracy of assumptions; * Investigating root causes of variances between forecasted and actual results, proposing corrective action plans together with budget owners; * Monitoring spending efficiency, identifying cost optimization opportunities and margin/result improvements; * Ensuring quality and consistency of management closing, guaranteeing correct "mapping" between accounting and business views; * Establishing and monitoring KPIs (key performance indicators) enabling proactive institutional performance management; * Standardizing financial analyses, ensuring all areas use a "single source of truth"; * Mapping end-to-end financial flows, identifying bottlenecks and recurring errors to implement definitive solutions and automation; * Technically guiding dashboard development in BI tools, eliminating manual processes and increasing information reliability; * Configuring ERP (SAP) data extractions and reports, ensuring data integrity across departments and systems. **Working Hours:** * Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 2-hour lunch break. **Essential Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controlling, or Business Management (Preferred). * Advanced Excel (financial modeling); * Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI) for building analytical views; * Solid ERP knowledge (SAP preferred); * Knowledge of managerial accounting and cash flow processes; * Experience in Controlling or FP&A, including process improvement and direct interface with business areas; * Willingness to work 100% on-site. **And here’s a great perk—the benefits we offer:** *(Benefits may vary by region and work schedule)* At the Educational Center, we provide a relaxation area equipped with sofas and poufs, a game room, video games, a deck, a kitchenette for your meals, and a lactation room for mothers.
