After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate low-complexity machines and equipment related to the production process, including startup of equipment and peripherals; verify feasibility of executing the production schedule (PCP), ensure all safety devices are operational, and manage critical process variables to guarantee high performance. * Monitor maintenance activities on equipment under your responsibility; track raw material consumption, analyze and identify deviations; periodically conduct cycle counts; and perform various process-related tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations. * Carry out quality routines, complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); dispose of rework material and clean equipment; report and quarantine non-conforming products; and verify and uphold the Process Technical Standard (PTS) to ensure compliance with established quality standards. * Perform low-complexity maintenance tasks, such as lubrication and adjustments of equipment and machinery. * Conduct TPM routines, identifying anomalies in machines and equipment; issuing quality, maintenance, environmental, and safety tags; and participating in their resolution.
