In this opportunity, as a Senior Payroll Analyst, you will play a critical role in executing and overseeing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with current legislation and operational excellence.
The position combines data analysis, execution of critical routines, and cross-functional collaboration, supporting the efficiency of Human Resources processes and the quality of generated information.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Process and verify payroll, ensuring calculation accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
* Execute labor and social security charge routines, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
* Manage statutory reporting obligations, including eSocial, FGTS, and other legally mandated submissions.
* Conduct audits and analyses of inconsistencies, proposing solutions for adjustments and process improvements.
* Serve as the primary contact point for departments such as HR, Finance, and Audit, ensuring alignment and smooth process flow.
* Support continuous improvement of payroll processes, including digitization and automation.
**About you / Sobre Você**

* Relevant experience aligned with a senior-level role in payroll and/or Human Resources operations.
* Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields.
* Knowledge of labor and social security legislation, with hands-on experience in eSocial and statutory reporting obligations.
* Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
* Intermediate-level English, as you will be part of a global Payroll team.
