We currently have an opening for ***OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR*** in the ***BURITIS neighborhood — BH.*** **Responsibilities:** * **Workfront coordination:** Assign and supervise daily tasks for cleaning, gardening, and maintenance (skilled worker) teams. * **Shift scheduling management:** Monitor working hours, breaks, coverage for absences, and staff reallocation according to building requirements. * **Training and guidance:** Instruct staff on correct use of PPE, handling of chemical products, and specific conservation techniques. * **Hands-on support:** Operate directly ("hands-on") during critical situations, staff shortages, or highly complex tasks to ensure service delivery. * **Technical inspections:** Conduct regular rounds across floors and common areas to uphold the client’s required excellence standards. * **Supply management:** Monitor inventory levels, request replenishment of materials, and ensure conscious usage of cleaning products and gardening/maintenance tools. * **Maintenance checklists:** Identify preventive or corrective repair needs and assign them to the responsible skilled worker. **Salary:** R$2.648,04 **Benefits:** * Meal allowance of R$31.34 \+ * Attendance bonus of R$200.00 paid via meal card.
