We are **Padaria Pães de Minas**, operating in the bakery industry for 23 years; currently we have 4 stores in Belo Horizonte and its metropolitan region. Our mission is to serve our customers well, and we are seeking a **Store Stocker** to assist us with organizing our **Camargos neighborhood store in Belo Horizonte.** **ATTENTION! Our bakery is located near the Eldorado metro station. Neighborhoods closest to our store: Barreiro, Ibirité, Nova Contagem, Betim, Icaivera, Coração Eucarístico, Cabana, Eldorado, Água Branca, Madre Gertrudes, João Pinheiro, Santa Maria, Vila Oeste, Cidade Industrial, Parque São João, Novo Retiro, Darcy Ribeiro.** **Your responsibilities will include:** * Receiving and verifying merchandise against invoices and purchase orders; * Organizing inventory; * Assessing product quality standards before restocking; * Restocking, organizing, and displaying products according to designated sales area sections; * Packaging, weighing, and labeling products; * Counting, portioning, and slicing products; * Highlighting promotional merchandise; * Maintaining cleanliness of display areas; * Cleaning store equipment, furniture, utensils, and facilities; * Assisting customers and answering questions when requested; * Verifying and placing labels on gondolas and/or shelves; * Requesting equipment maintenance as needed; * Ensuring proper use of utensils and equipment, and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE); * Participating in internal and external meetings and training sessions whenever requested and/or for updates and professional development; **What we expect from you (requirements, experience, soft and hard skills):** · Must be at least 18 years old; · High school education in progress or completed; · Strong organizational skills; · Prior experience as a stocker is desirable and considered a plus; **Availability to work the following shifts:** **Morning Shift**: 6:00 AM to 1:50 PM, Monday through Sunday **Afternoon Shift**: 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Sunday **What we offer:** · **Compensation: R$1700.00** · Co-payment Unimed health plan · Dental plan · Meal card · Pharmacy discount program · Discount program with Pratique gym · Snack Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$1\.700,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Are you available to work either the Morning Shift (6:00 AM to 1:50 PM, Monday through Sunday) or the Afternoon Shift (1:40 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Sunday)?
