Description: * Technical or higher education degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in planning preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance; * Experience with SAP, modules PM and MM; * Knowledge of SAP R/3 and S/4HANA; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Intermediate-level English, with ability to read and understand technical manuals. * Availability for on-site work in Campinas/SP. * Develop, review, and update preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans aligned with operational needs and company technical standards; * Include lubrication and inspection routines in maintenance plans, ensuring equipment and facility integrity; * Schedule maintenance activities based on criticality, resource availability, and impact on processes; * Define tasks, frequencies, and optimal execution windows for each type of intervention; * Draft and review standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for maintenance activities; * Ensure documents are up-to-date and compliant with technical and safety standards; * Plan and allocate human resources, materials, tools, and third-party services required for efficient maintenance execution; * Conduct capacity and workload analysis of the maintenance team; * Monitor and control the portfolio of planned services, prioritizing requests according to urgency and impact; * Anticipate activities transitioning into scheduling, ensuring smoothness and predictability in execution; * Continuously assess maintenance activity scope based on failure history, asset performance, and team feedback; * Propose technical and operational improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs; * Collect operational data, maintenance history, performance indicators, and team suggestions to support planning; * Use analytical tools to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities; * Monitor maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, plan compliance rate, backlog, and service level; * Generate management reports and propose corrective/preventive actions based on results. 251218020255407129
