Job Summary: The professional will assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, perform inspections and general minor repairs, and provide support to area operations. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and infrastructure. 2. Conducting inspections and general minor repairs. 3. Support in various operational maintenance activities. Responsibilities and Duties * Assist in maintaining and preventing equipment failures at the Store in accordance with company procedures; * Perform necessary repairs; * Inspect store lighting, verifying faults or absence; * Clean air conditioning units; * Perform minor repairs to paintwork, locks, unclog toilets and sinks, if necessary; * Assist maintenance and infrastructure professionals; * Move materials and equipment; * Assist in construction project monitoring; * Support all operational activities in the maintenance and battery room areas. Requirements and Qualifications **Minimum academic qualification:** completed high school and mandatory NR 10 certification. **Age range:** minimum 18 years old. **Experience:** proven experience in Building Maintenance. Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, minor repair, masonry, and basic refrigeration maintenance.
