Quality management system administration and workplace organization. **Job Category:** ================= Manufacturing \& Operations **Job Family:** =============== Machine Operations **Job Description:** ==================== **DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES** Ensure all requirements of Critical Control Points (CCPs) and Quality Points (QPs) are met; Ensure correct implementation of Quality System Procedures (QSPs) related to your work area, as trained; Ensure adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs); Verify proper functioning of the machine and operated systems; Follow safety guidelines as trained; Complete all reports related to operations and non-conformities; Report any observed deviations to your supervisor; Maintain a clean and organized workplace; Inform production assistants of changes in production scheduling; Count finished product cartons; Submit service requests as required for equipment; Place out-of-specification products into reprocessing; Sort non-conforming products; Organize materials according to formula and production sequence; Ensure use of the TOTVS system for weighing; Verify batch numbers, date, time, and product code on cheese and cartons; Identify non-conforming products and prepare retention forms; Notify supervisor when orders cannot be fulfilled per production order; Perform cleaning of used machines and equipment as needed; and Request raw materials and other items required for production from logistics. **WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED** High school diploma or equivalent Training in Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields Experience operating industrial machinery Basic knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, including lubrication Ability to read and interpret technical instructions Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office ERP system knowledge (preferred).
