Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Assistant to provide support, maintenance, and installation of equipment, working with distributors, authorized service centers, and end customers. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support and user training on equipment. 2. On-site and field maintenance, inspection, and diagnostics. 3. Equipment installation and technical project supervision. **Description:** We are looking for a Technical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various technical support and equipment maintenance activities. Key responsibilities include: **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to distributors, Authorized Technical Service Centers, and end customers. * Train users on equipment operation and handling. * Schedule, monitor, and coordinate technical installations jointly with the commercial and PCP departments. * Perform equipment maintenance, inspection, and diagnostics on-site. * Conduct equipment maintenance in the field. * Install equipment in clinics and projects. **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical systems. * Basic computer skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Willingness to travel as required. * Prior experience in similar roles is a plus. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * A technical education in related fields is considered a plus.
