Join Alpha! **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Responsible for on-site software implementations, performing adaptations according to client requirements; * Train client staff to operate the system within its functionalities; * Format, install, and configure servers; configure store terminals; configure fiscal or non-fiscal equipment; and configure other devices, following internal procedures and planning; * Monitor the system migration process with the client, ensuring functionality before and after business hours while maintaining store operations; * Install and configure electronic orders, Digital Certificate integration, electronic payment integration, bank reconciliation, and boleto issuance, as required by clients and internal processes; * Complete implementation reports and maintain communication with the internal team. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Solid computer science knowledge; * Strong public speaking and communication skills; * Customer-oriented attitude; * Technical degree in computer science or related field preferred; * Must be available for weekly/biweekly long-term travel (including highway driving and air travel); * Driver's license category B. **Additional Information:** * Employment type: CLT Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Childcare allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher
