**Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users, both on-site and remotely, for hardware, software, and networks. * Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and IT equipment. * Diagnose and resolve technical incidents and problems, both reactively and proactively. * Perform equipment maintenance, including replacement of parts and consumables. * Support basic configuration and maintenance of networks (LAN/WAN/WLAN) and cabling. * Format and configure workstations and peripherals. * Execute basic information security routines (backup, antivirus, data recovery). * Assist users in meetings and with corporate tools. * Work on-site when necessary to handle service requests and inspections. **What we seek:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology-related fields (e.g., Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar). * Prior experience in IT technical support (remote and/or on-site). **Benefits:** * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Meal/Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance; * Life Insurance; * Certification Programs; * Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave.
