**LEO MADEIRAS IS HIRING!** ================================== **Location:** Barueri **Area:** Industry \- Customer Channel * **Work Model:** On-site **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** ------------------------- * Provide customer support for technical assistance requests or replacement parts, analyzing projects in Promob Studio and accurately registering requests in the Promob ERP system—ensuring efficiency, data accuracy, and customer satisfaction. * Key Responsibilities * Receive technical assistance and replacement part requests via support channels (primarily WhatsApp). * Identify the requested part by reviewing the customer's project in Promob Studio. * Validate technical information to correctly specify the replacement part. * Register and process orders in the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy. * Monitor request progress and provide timely updates to customers as needed. * Collaborate with internal departments (production, logistics, quality, or technical assistance) to resolve issues. * Maintain organized records of all support interactions and requests. *(This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where results matter!)* **REQUIREMENTS:** --------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Design, Furniture Design, or related fields * Experience in customer service * Proficiency in Promob Studio * Experience with ERP systems * Familiarity with components and structure of custom-built furniture Is this you?
