This person will be responsible for ensuring the organization, preservation, and proper functioning of facilities, supporting daily operational needs and contributing to a safe and well-maintained environment. **Responsibilities** * Perform general maintenance tasks (minor electrical, plumbing, and structural repairs) * Clean and preserve indoor and outdoor areas * Assist in organizing spaces and moving furniture/equipment * Identify preventive and corrective maintenance needs * Supervise service providers when necessary * Purchase daily-use materials and tools **Requirements** * Completed elementary education * Prior experience in general maintenance, janitorial services, or similar roles * Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems * Proactive, organized profile with good physical stamina * Valid driver's license (Category A/B) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 \- R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
