A professional to perform on-site and remote maintenance and technical support for computer equipment, ensuring system functionality and security.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment, ensuring full functionality of devices;
* Provide on-site and remote technical support to users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networks;
* Install, configure, and update operating systems and software, ensuring system compatibility and security;
* Diagnose failures and perform repairs on desktops, notebooks, printers, and other peripherals;
* Manage and document technical support tickets, maintaining detailed records of actions performed;
* Ensure compliance with internal procedures and best practices for equipment maintenance;
* Assist in implementing and maintaining information security policies;
* Provide support in IT asset management, ensuring equipment control and traceability.
**REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
* Completed high school education or equivalent technical course;
* Experience in local, on-site, and/or remote support activities using remote connection tools (installation, configuration, and maintenance) for Windows 7 or later operating systems, Microsoft Office versions 2016 and 365 or later, and software required for microcomputer maintenance tasks;
* Microsoft certification "MD100: Windows 10" or higher.
**PREFERRED**
* Course in microcomputer assembly, maintenance, and configuration, with a minimum duration of 40 hours.
