Job Summary: We are seeking a Factory Supervisor to manage production, lead teams, and optimize processes in a water treatment and disinfection manufacturing facility. Key Highlights: 1. Production team leadership and management 2. Supervision and coordination of factory activities 3. Focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. A small-scale manufacturing facility specializing in water treatment and ultraviolet (UV) and ozone generator-based disinfection systems for ornamental lakes, swimming pools, natural pools, and aquariums, located in the VILA CONDE DO PINHAL neighborhood – São Paulo – SP, is hiring a Factory Supervisor to assume the following responsibilities: Production Management: Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations, ensuring adherence to production deadlines. Monitor production processes to guarantee product quality and compliance with technical specifications. Assign tasks to the production team, providing guidance and oversight during task execution. Track performance indicators, productivity, and process efficiency. People Management: Lead, guide, and motivate the production team. Train new employees and retrain existing staff on operational procedures. Monitor team attendance, punctuality, and conduct, reporting to the immediate supervisor as necessary. Process and Materials Control: Monitor proper usage of raw materials, supplies, and equipment. Request material replenishment and report equipment maintenance needs. Ensure organization and cleanliness of the production area per company standards. Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and good manufacturing practice standards. Guarantee proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by the team. Identify and report any hazardous conditions, process failures, or opportunities for improvement to the immediate supervisor. Planning and Continuous Improvement: Participate in production planning and establishment of daily and weekly targets. Propose improvements to production processes to optimize resources and enhance efficiency. Track performance indicators and prepare managerial reports for senior management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. Prior experience as a production supervisor, team leader, or production foreman in an industrial environment. Knowledge of factory routines, production control, and team management. Willingness to proactively drive continuous process improvement and team management.
