Fleet and logistics process monitoring **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare budgets for minor maintenance and organizational services; * Participate in budget preparation and drafting of shared services contracts; * Prepare cost allocations for various invoice payments; * Maintain up-to-date spreadsheets for tracking shared services expenses; * Control administrative documents; * Monitor corporate telephony usage; * Oversee operational contract management, including Facilities-related and third-party contracts; * Record invoices in the ABAX system upon goods delivery; * Analyze discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices, executing the association (from/to) process according to established criteria; * Manage distribution and retrieval of items received via DHL and Correios, ensuring traceability; * Perform various administrative tasks; * Manage vehicle fleet, including documentation, maintenance, and usage; **Requirements** Completed high school education Driver's license category B Basic Microsoft Office proficiency Experience in administrative routines and general services.
