At low voltage, perform maintenance on electrical distribution panels, power panels, lighting panels, control panels, and lamp replacement. At medium and high voltage, perform switching operations, substation cleaning, inspections, corrective maintenance, and preventive maintenance; Carry out component replacements, parameterizations, or adjustments to ensure proper equipment operation in the shortest possible time and with the lowest possible rework rate, aiming for maximum equipment availability; Specify components, parts, and materials to be used in maintenance activities, leveraging technical support resources provided by suppliers. Record working hours, prepare reports, and document maintenance activities in communication logs and work orders to obtain reliable maintenance indicators. Perform welding, inspection, lubrication, civil maintenance, preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance activities according to the PCM (Maintenance Planning and Control) schedule; Comply with SSMA policies—health, safety, and environment—respecting established standards and operational procedures to meet applicable legislation. Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety standards, ensuring the quality of processed products according to quality control standards to deliver products meeting the highest quality standards. Responsible for executing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities on the industrial plant’s electromechanical systems.
