Description

Reside in Itajaí and have access to bus lines reaching the Expresso São Miguel de Itajaí Branch facility; preferably live near the Salseiros neighborhood. Preferably own personal transportation. Main responsibilities: Adherence to cleaning schedules; use of manual brush cutters for grass trimming; professional cleaning of internal and external areas; knowledge of cleaning products and equipment; knowledge and execution of minor repairs—structural, electrical, and hydraulic; teamwork; and compliance with instructions issued by the carrier's management. Workplace: Expresso São Miguel de Itajaí \- Branch. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, with a 1-hour break. Saturdays, 08:00 to 12:00\. Compensation: R$ 1\.977,73 \+ VA (R$ 33.00/day) \+ hazard pay (30%) \+ attendance bonus: 7% Additional competencies: Professional appearance, logical reasoning, completed high school education, ability to work in teams, capacity to work independently or collaboratively, helpfulness, attention to cleaning details specific to a transportation company, and ability to delegate and ensure adherence to scheduled tasks.
