Description

**Main Responsibilities:** * Consult, analyze, and print the diet chart containing oral, enteral, and water prescriptions for each hospitalized patient, according to meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Snack, Dinner, and Supper); * Print and/or complete identification labels for oral diets, enteral diets, oral supplements, nutritional modules, and water for enteral infusion, according to prescribed meals and stages specified in the medical prescription or nutritional guidance; * Package, store, and distribute water intended for patients, as prescribed; * Package disposable utensil kits and sachets used in the diet distribution process; * Portion and distribute oral diets to patients and companions, as described on the diet chart; * Assemble and distribute enteral diet kits, including administration sets and connectors, according to medical and nutritional prescriptions verified on the enteral diet chart, when required; * Perform cleaning of utensils and/or equipment used in diet preparation, and maintain cleanliness and organization of areas used for handling, assembly, and distribution; * Collect utensils (water bottles and trays) used by patients and companions for cleaning; * Assist with pre-preparation and preparation of food items for diet production; * Daily completion of departmental control spreadsheets, temperature records for diets and equipment, as well as collection of samples from prepared items, when necessary; * Act in accordance with technical guidance provided by Nutritionists, and keep them informed regarding patient acceptance of and complaints about meals. Additional Information: **Part-time — Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.** - Teamwork and Proactivity Compensation: R$1.621,00 per month Work Location: On-site
