Job Summary: Experienced carpenter for civil construction, responsible for reading technical drawings, performing cuts, assembling wooden structures, and executing wood finishing work, ensuring safety and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Solid experience in carpentry for civil construction. 2. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and handling carpentry tools. 3. Application of finishing techniques and workplace safety practices. #### **Responsibilities** * Read and interpret architectural, structural, and joinery drawings to execute tasks. * Perform cutting, assembly, and installation of roof structures, shoring systems, and scaffolding according to technical specifications. * Build and assemble wooden formwork for concrete pouring of slabs, columns, beams, foundations, and other structural elements. * Install doors, windows, frames, moldings, ceilings, and wooden flooring, ensuring proper alignment and leveling. * Conduct precise measurements, material calculations, and optimized cutting to minimize waste. * Apply carpentry techniques for wood finishing, such as sanding, screwing, and gluing. * Maintain organization and cleanliness at the worksite, ensuring proper care of carpentry tools and equipment. #### **Requirements** * Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Carpenter on civil construction projects. * Solid knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings and floor plans. * Proficiency in handling manual and electric carpentry tools (circular saw, planer, router, drill). * Practical knowledge of concrete formwork assembly techniques and metal or wooden shoring systems. * Familiarity with various types of wood used in civil construction and their characteristics. * Knowledge and application of occupational safety regulations (NRs) applicable to civil construction. * Ability to perform basic geometric and measurement calculations for cutting and fitting. #### **Skills** * Drawing Interpretation * Wood Cutting * Formwork Assembly * Roof Installation * Operation of Electric Tools (Circular Saw, Planer) * Measurement and Leveling * Wood Finishing * Workplace Safety (NRs) * Material Calculation ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Performance Bonus, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Wellhub \- Formerly Gympass, Life Insurance, Transportation Allowance, Accommodation, On-site Meals ### **Department:** OPERATIONAL
