Responsibilities and Duties Perform building maintenance services—including electrical, plumbing, and equipment maintenance—such as replacement, repair, cleaning for conservation purposes, and physical space remodeling; Perform masonry work (e.g., wall demolition for pipe repairs, plastering, tile installation in damaged areas, grouting); Perform general installations (e.g., unclogging toilets, sinks, and floor drains; unclogging and cleaning grease traps and inspection chambers; unclogging sewage and stormwater drainage systems); Perform roof and gutter cleaning, and occasionally low-level pruning; Comply with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards; Carry out other duties inherent to the position. Work Schedule – Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Work Location – Quinta do Paraíso Campus, Estr. Venceslau José de Medeiros, 1045 – Prata, Teresópolis. Requirements and Qualifications Completed elementary education; Residency in Teresópolis; this is a 100% on-site position; Prior experience in building maintenance.
