Job Summary: Responsible for disassembling, repairing, and assembling automotive tires, as well as evaluating wear, performing preventive maintenance, and providing on-site service. On-site maintenance service * Disassemble, repair, replace, and assemble damaged automotive tires to prevent downtime; * Evaluate tires, inspect wear patterns, and determine whether tires should be sent for retreading; classify and select each tire for repair or scrap disposal; * Perform vehicle preventive maintenance, including checking wheel bolts and tire pressure, and measuring tread depth; * Conduct maintenance services on-site by operating the mobile tire service truck to designated production sites; * Manage spare parts and materials used in maintenance activities, ensuring efficient usage and reuse to guarantee agility in task execution and service delivery; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education; * Valid driver's license category C/D; * Knowledge of tire maintenance and retreading processes; * Knowledge of vehicle wheel alignment; * Availability to work on a 5x1 schedule and rotating shifts.
