Job Summary: Opportunity to work as an Operational Assistant, supporting the technical routine of industrial machines for furniture production, with a focus on learning and process improvement. We specialize in serving architecture and interior design offices in the project, manufacturing, and installation of high-end custom furniture. **THE OPPORTUNITY** If you seek a career in the industrial sector, we have an opening for **OPERATIONAL ASSISTANT**. You will be responsible for supporting machine operations for furniture production in our factory. With demand on the rise, we are seeking engaged individuals willing to contribute to the organization’s success. **RESPONSIBILITIES** ✅ **Learn the technical routine of industrial machines** used in carpentry, such as CNC, cutting machine, edge banding machine, and others; Assist in **basic machine setup and preparation**, including **parameter adjustments, tool changes, and technical cleaning**; **Interpret cutting plans and production technical sheets** to organize piece sorting and handling; ️ Support **preventive maintenance and minor repairs**, such as alignment, lubrication, and checking of sensors or simple devices; Perform **organization of received materials and supplies**, ensuring proper storage and identification for use on the production line; Participate in **implementation of operational process improvements**, such as standardization of routines, trolley organization, and piece flow optimization; Assist in **waste control and material reuse**, with an emphasis on production efficiency and sustainability; Maintain basic production and fault records to **support the maintenance and PPCP teams**; Support **organization and verification of produced parts**, focusing on quality and project traceability; **Develop to assume autonomous operation of CNC machines and machining centers in the future.** **CAREER PROGRESSION OPPORTUNITIES** * PPCP Analyst; * Logistics Analyst; * Procurement Analyst; * CNC Programmer; * Project Reviewer; * Designer; * Modulation Developer; * Team Coordinator; **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** * Commitment and professionalism; * Organization and punctuality; * Flexibility for new learning and challenges; * Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Engineering, Design, Administration, Logistics, or other fields directly or indirectly related. **IMPORTANT INFORMATION** * **Location:** East Zone, São Matheus (near Jd. Colonial Station). * **Work Schedule:** 44 hours per week. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM * **Salary:** R$ 2\.126,66 \+ Transportation Voucher \+ Meal Allowance.
