Job opening for Sete Lagoas. Availability to work in shifts is required. Responsible for assisting in activities related to product packaging, as well as in the platform and pasteurization areas, supporting operators in product preparation and ensuring production process efficiency and quality. * Complete production and loss records to assist operators in production closing; * Perform minor repairs in factory facilities (minor painting, cleaning in other departments); * Handle product boxing; * Carry out cleaning and organization activities in assigned areas; * Cooperate with the Quality Program by attending meetings and practicing quality norms and principles to ensure program implementation and maintenance within the company; * Perform product rework when necessary; * Assist in product carton packaging activities; * Attend training sessions and meetings when requested by supervisors, managers, or directors; * Request materials from the supervisor or production assistant to supply the production line; * Guide trainee assistants during their probation period, instructing them on work procedures; * Pay attention to pallet assembly, complying with the ideal configuration and instructions provided, and properly identify pallets with the appropriate labels; * Prepare reports and create detailed spreadsheets, charts, and presentations when necessary; * Perform duties in accordance with safety, health, hygiene, quality, environmental, and occupational safety regulations; * Carry out other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the business environment; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace; * Comply with the company's institutional norms and rules.
