Reads and interprets technical drawings; cuts, adjusts, and secures aluminum profiles to ensure quality, finish, and proper functionality of installed components. Main Responsibilities: * Assemble, adjust, and install aluminum windows, doors, skylights, partitions, and awnings according to technical specifications and drawings\[2]\[3] * Measure, cut, bend, and join aluminum profiles using appropriate tools and equipment\[2]\[3] * Perform repairs, maintenance, and replacement of components as needed * Interpret project documents, drawings, and technical catalogs to ensure accurate and efficient assembly\[3] * Finish installed components, ensuring correct alignment, fastening, and sealing * Use personal protective equipment and comply with occupational safety regulations * Organize the workplace, maintaining cleanliness and safety during service execution\[1]\[3] * Inspect and verify assembly quality, identifying and correcting potential defects\[1] * Record and report work progress and materials used Requirements: * Proven experience assembling and installing aluminum windows, doors, and structures * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings, project documents, and catalogs * Proficiency in handling sector-specific manual and power tools * Knowledge of aluminum profile cutting, measuring, and adjustment * Attention to detail, responsibility, and organizational skills * Commitment to safety standards and effective communication with team members Desired Competencies: * Ability to work collaboratively and follow technical instructions * Proactivity in identifying solutions and resolving issues during assembly * Agility and precision in performing tasks * Responsibility and care for finishing quality Compensation: Market-competitive salary, adjusted based on experience Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent position Payment: Starting from R$3\.000,00 (BRL) per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Profit-sharing program * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher
