Then, "Come on over, come on over"! **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor the entry and exit of people (visitors and employees), vehicles, and loading/unloading processes. * Verify proper use of identification badges, monitor any irregularities, report them to supervisors, and conduct personal searches when necessary. * Perform patrols and inspect various company areas, ensuring no unauthorized persons are present and that doors remain closed. * Detect incidents and execute appropriate procedures in cases of fire outbreaks, unauthorized access, and other incidents, in accordance with established norms and procedures. * Maintain audience order during live and recorded broadcasts and ensure presenter safety. * Mediate conflicts by referring involved parties to the responsible management for necessary actions. * Record significant incidents and shift handovers in the designated logbook for awareness by other doormen, security personnel, and supervisors. * Assist visitors and others by guiding and directing them to the appropriate responsible parties as needed. * Support the fire brigade team in case of emergencies. * Provide escort and asset security for broadcaster equipment and vehicles at external events, and occasionally escort artists or executives of the broadcaster. * Comply with existing corporate norms, procedures, and policies. * Safeguard equipment, resources, and materials under your responsibility, as well as the work environment. * Perform other related duties according to area requirements. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed High School education * Computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite) * Security Guard certification * Driver's license (Desirable) * Fire Brigade and First Aid training (Desirable) * Availability to work onsite at SBT/Osasco **Additional information** In addition to working at Brazil's Happiest TV Network, you will receive: Market-aligned salary; Meal voucher; Food allowance; Wellhub; SESC; Medical and dental assistance for you, spouse, and children; Transportation allowance, parking, and/or shuttle service to Barra Funda; Private pension plan; Life insurance; Childcare allowance; Conveniences at CDT itself, including beauty salon, bank, food court, outpatient clinic for consultations with physicians across multiple specialties, and ability to perform certain clinical exams; Psychological, nutritional, and ergonomic support programs; Training sessions, live webinars, and other content to boost your knowledge; Access to the SBT Club, offering discounts on products, leisure activities, courses, etc. On August 19, 1981, the Sistema Brasileiro de Televisão (SBT) was launched.
