Contribute to the evolution of DevOps architecture across products **[DevOps] Senior DevOps Analyst - RM Product - Windows** ============================================================= TOTVS | São Paulo - SP | Hybrid Job Description Participate in and sustain the DevOps culture by disseminating DevOps values, principles, tools, and practices—aiming to drive operational excellence and maximize value delivery for RM, PVI, TReports, and SmartView products within TOTVS’s purpose-built cloud environment. Responsibilities and Duties * Develop, test, and maintain DevOps functionalities related to TOTVS Cloud technologies, ensuring value, customer satisfaction, and solution sustainability * Leverage AI + HI (Artificial Intelligence + Human Intelligence) to accelerate and enhance the quality of DevOps deliverables * Share DevOps standards, knowledge, and best practices with teams via documentation, communication, and meetings (in-person or online) * Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews under agile methodology, reporting tasks, blockers, and progress * Study the TOTVS Cloud architecture and, over time, contribute to evolving the DevOps architecture for RM, PVI, TReports, and SmartView products Requirements and Qualifications * Approximately 5 years of total experience, including at least 3 years as a technical DevOps focal point or 5 years as a software developer * Completed undergraduate degree in Technology-related fields * Advanced proficiency in Git for code versioning, via command line or GUI * Advanced experience with VS Code, using extensions and AI agents to accelerate development and improve delivery quality * Intermediate knowledge of automated testing with Pester (PowerShell) and Pytest (Python) * Advanced experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including pipelines with triggers, Storage, Artifact Registry, and secret management * Intermediate knowledge of GitLab / GitHub Actions for continuous integration and delivery * Basic understanding of GitOps * Basic experience with AWS S3 (bucket creation and maintenance) * Basic knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Packer and Ansible * Advanced proficiency in PowerShell and intermediate knowledge of Python * Advanced experience with data structures and metadata: JSON, YAML, XML, and Properties * Intermediate administration of Windows Server 2016+, including Nginx, networking, firewall, user management, Windows Registry, and environment variables * Intermediate understanding of scalable, highly available architectures and microservices * Proficiency in reading and analyzing logs (.json and .log) * Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in Windows Server environments * Advanced experience in continuous monitoring and performance optimization of systems * Solid understanding of DevOps culture and practices * Intermediate experience with at least two cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) * Mandatory DevOps Professional certification * Basic English proficiency Desirable Qualifications **It would be great if you had:** * Golang * Jinja * DevOps Master * AWS Certified DevOps Engineer * Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer * Microsoft Certified DevOps Engineer Expert **Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactive profile with initiative to anticipate needs and solutions * Strong communication skills, facilitating interaction among teams and customers * Strong sense of commitment and responsibility for day-to-day tasks * Ability to work under pressure and handle diverse scenarios and demands * Cross-functional mindset with integrated vision across areas and processes * Strategic and efficient problem-solving ability * Continuous interest in learning and technical development (curiosity and thirst for knowledge) * Adaptability to remote work and flexibility for occasional on-site presence * Customer-oriented quality and efficiency focus * Continuous improvement mindset, contributing to process automation and optimization Salary Range To be determined Employment Type CLT Benefits * TOTVS Network University: A corporate university offering free content and certifications for all TOTVS employees; * +Saudáveis Program: Supports each TOTVER through advisory services and initiatives focused on physical, mental, and financial well-being; * +Vantagens Program: Latin America’s largest discount network, exclusively for our employees; * +Cuidado Program: Personal support program for employees and their families, offering guidance across multiple specialties such as psychology, social work, pet consulting, etc.; * Einstein Conecta: Free online medical consultation service provided by physicians from Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein; * Health and dental insurance; * Meal and/or food allowance; * Transportation allowance and shuttle services at select metro stations; * Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Nursing room; * Bicycle parking; * Changing room; * Life insurance; * Daycare assistance; * Private pension plan; * Office designed to stimulate creativity and productivity, featuring snack areas, game rooms, billiard tables, and relaxation lounges; * Gympass.
