Senior FullStack Java Developer

Description

FCamara is seeking a Senior FullStack Java Developer with React to work for a market-leading Brazilian pharmacy company, a reference in Health and Well-being with over 3,000 stores across all Brazilian states. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain web applications using Java (Spring Boot, JPA, etc.) and React, ensuring high quality and scalability. * Define, design, and implement new system features, collaborating with cross-functional teams. * Analyze business requirements and propose technical solutions aligned with business needs. * Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices. * Participate in the entire software development lifecycle — analysis, architecture, development, testing, and deployment. * Develop and consume REST APIs, ensuring secure system integration. * Collaborate with agile squads, contributing to technical decisions and continuous product improvements. * Monitor production systems and resolve incidents to ensure application availability. * Document processes, architectures, and services to maintain compliance and audit standards. **Duties:** * Implement APIs using Java/Spring Boot. * Develop modern interfaces with React. * Build integrations with legacy systems and interoperability platforms using REST or messaging. * Perform evolutionary and corrective maintenance on existing modules. * Ensure application security and compliance, following standards such as access control and auditing. * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. * Integrate systems with gateways, messaging, and API platforms (e.g., Sensedia, internal gateway, etc.). * Serve as a technical reference for less experienced developers, mentoring and reviewing code. * Support the product team in technical feature conception, story refinement, and estimation. * Monitor application logs and metrics using tools such as DataDog. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Hard Skills** * Bachelor's degree in a technical field * Minimum 6 years of experience **Soft Skills** * Strong communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams * Active participation in discussions * Hands-on profile * Ownership mindset * Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-demand environment * Focus on quality and user experience **Nice-to-have:** * Experience with Java (Spring Boot) for BFF implementation * Knowledge of microservices architecture * Experience in retail/e-commerce environments * Experience integrating with payment methods * Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest / RTL) **Additional Information** **Here, we are \#OrangeBlood!** We have been in the market for 17 years, side by side with our clients, delivering transformative experiences.
