Apply now and build the future of technology with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collaborate with the Health team; * Orchestrate diverse stakeholder interests; * Optimize a strategic product, ensuring its standardization for implementation; * Develop functional and visual solutions aligned with end-user needs; * Consider technical requirements during product conception; * Analyze data and apply sound design practices to inform decisions; * Contribute to business return through metrics-driven design. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency in Digital Product Discovery (e.g., heuristic analysis, benchmarking, usability testing, in-depth interviews); * Experience with Service Design to map service journey pains and opportunities; * Alignment across multiple departments to ensure product/company strategy alignment; * Facilitation of group activities; * Mapping of workflows/journeys; * Proven experience as a Product Designer designing interfaces for digital products; * End-to-end design process knowledge (from discovery to delivery); * Familiarity with UX Writing best practices; * Dissemination of domain knowledge to stakeholders; * Accessibility for digital products; * Understanding of digital product metrics; * Experience with Design Systems; * Advanced Figma for prototyping. **Additional Information** We are the **Grupo SysMap**, composed of the brands **SysMap Solutions, TriggoLabs, and triggo.ai**, an ecosystem of high-impact companies delivering innovative technology solutions that transform businesses and develop people.
