If you thrive on challenges, possess strong analytical thinking, and relentlessly pursue continuous improvement, this role is for you! Key technical skills with practical experience: Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Production Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related fields. Certifications in process management, quality, and data analysis are highly recommended. Minimum 2 years of experience Daily challenges you will face include: Supporting project execution, implementing new technologies, and interfacing with other company departments. Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes related to ongoing work. Strong teamwork ability, excellent communication skills, text interpretation capability, and time management proficiency. Willingness to visit clients in the South Zone, Central Zone of São Paulo, and other locations to understand current processes and design future processes based on our company’s offered technologies. Continuously reviewing existing processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for automation or optimization. Proficiency in flowchart creation (Bizage). Collaboration with Requirements, UX (User Experience\") and other teams. Controlling and maintaining up-to-date technical documentation of processes.
