Key Responsibilities * Operate large-format printers * Prepare, review, and finalize digital files for printing (imposition, verification of dimensions, resolution, bleeds, and colors) * Adjust layouts, images, and graphics to optimize print quality * Conduct digital test prints and proofs, ensuring final output meets technical specifications and client expectations * Monitor print quality, alignment, finishing, and standardization * Manage consumables (banners, adhesives, inks, and specialty media) * Support finishing tasks when required (lamination, application, and electronic cutting) * Collaborate with production and design teams to resolve technical adjustments * Maintain department organization and perform basic equipment maintenance ? Requirements * Experience in digital printing within the visual communications sector * Proficiency in file imposition (CorelDRAW, Illustrator, or similar software) * Basic knowledge of color profiles, resolution, media types, and printing processes * Ability to identify and correct issues in print files * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and sense of urgency * Commitment to deadlines and quality standards * Proactivity and teamwork skills ? Preferred Qualifications * Experience with UV printing or industrial-grade equipment * Knowledge of electronic cutting * Experience in facade production, vehicle wrapping, or special projects * Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
