The candidate will be responsible for developing creative designs and artwork for printing, as well as overseeing and operating the digital printing process, ensuring quality, organization, and timely delivery. **Responsibilities:** Creation, layout, and file preparation for printing; Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Illustrator, and Photoshop; Preparing files according to technical printing specifications; Operating digital printing machines (preferred); Controlling color fidelity and finishing quality; Maintaining organization and cleanliness in the design and printing department; Supporting the production team in delivering graphic and visual materials. **Requirements:** Proven experience with CorelDRAW, Illustrator, and Photoshop; Organized, detail-oriented, and attentive personality; Familiarity with digital printing machine operation is preferred; Experience in visual communication companies is a plus. **Work Location:** Downtown, Colombo \- PR **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma
